Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account info you provide at signup: name, username, email, age, gender, password (stored securely, hashed).
• Optional profile photo you upload.
• Content you create: posts, comments, messages, watchlists, and payment references (transaction IDs) you submit.

2. What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not have access to your exchange accounts, API keys, or funds — WOLFTRAX only reads public market data.

3. How we use your data

To run your account, show your posts and messages to the right people, verify PRO subscription payments, and send you account-related emails (signup verification, password resets).

4. Who can see what

Your username, name, avatar, and public posts are visible to other PRO members inside WOLFTRAX Square. Direct messages are visible only to the two people in that conversation. Your email and payment details are never shown to other users.

5. Data storage

Data is stored with Supabase (a hosted Postgres database provider) and our hosting provider. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect it, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices

You can delete individual posts, comments, or your uploaded photo at any time. To delete your entire account, contact us.
