Refund Policy

WOLFTRAX PRO is billed as a single 30-day access period per payment, paid via USDT (TRC20).

1. General rule

Because access is granted immediately and automatically once your USDT payment is confirmed on-chain, payments are non-refundable once your PRO access has been activated.

2. When a refund may be considered

You sent the correct payment but your account was never activated due to a technical error on our side.
You were charged twice for the same period by mistake.

In these cases, contact us with your transaction ID (TXID) within 7 days of payment and we will review it.

3. Crypto payments

Because USDT transactions are irreversible on the blockchain, any approved refund will be manually processed back to a wallet address you provide, minus any network fees.
